FreeNSale operates throughout the United States. Under various U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Texas TDPSA, Florida FDBR, Oregon OCPA, and others — you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

FreeNSale may share certain user data — such as hashed email addresses and phone numbers — with advertising platforms like Facebook (Meta) and Google to create Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and to track offline conversions for advertising effectiveness.

This activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws. You have the right to opt out at any time, regardless of which U.S. state you live in.

Who Can Submit This Request

This opt-out right applies to:

• Any U.S. resident who has a FreeNSale account
• Any U.S. resident whose data may have been collected through use of the Platform, even without an account
• Authorized agents acting on behalf of a user (proof of authorization may be required)

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes, please contact us using one of the following methods:

“Opt Out of Advertising Use”

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your FreeNSale account
• Phone number associated with your account (if applicable)

We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days of receipt and confirm completion by email.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once your opt-out request is processed:

• We will stop uploading your personal information to Facebook (Meta), Google, and similar advertising platforms for audience creation purposes
• We will remove your data from any existing Custom Audiences where technically possible
• Your ability to use the Platform will not be affected in any way — we will not discriminate against you for exercising this right

Please note: Opting out through our Platform does not automatically opt you out of interest-based advertising on Facebook or Google directly. To opt out of ads on those platforms, you may also visit:

Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of sharing, California residents also have the right to:

• Know — Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you
• Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Non-Discrimination — We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights
